All orders placed via our website https://monocromshop.com shall be shipped from our warehouse in Jalandhar, Punjab. We will ship to you on the shipping address provided to us. Any additional requests with respect to the shipping policy can be done by emailing us at email@example.com
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
The average order processing time varies from 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday) (15-20 days in case of bulk shipments and delivery destination being Northeast of India or hilly regions) from the date of making a successful payment for an order placed at https://monocromshop.com
Orders received before 11:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Orders placed after Saturdays at 11:00 AM will be dispatched only on the following Mondays. Orders place on National Holidays will be dispatched only on the next working days.
However, we may not cover delivery delays due to
a) Customer unavailability.
b) Address given is not valid/wrong/incomplete.
c) Delay in delivery due to weather conditions or natural disasters.
For remote locations, where carrier service is limited, It may take longer than normal delivery timings.
If our shipping partners don't have service at your location, We may have to cancel the order.
Please note that our Shipping partners may not deliver Monocrom orders on Saturdays or Sundays. SHIPPING PARTNERS
DTDC, Xpressbee, Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, India Post/EMS , Gati.
Note: Whichever shipping partner will have service at the delivery location, Our system will ship through that carrier.
Shipping rates are divided as per Zones.
You can see shipping charges at the time of Checkout. Shipping charges are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight, mode of shipping, and destination.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
For Metro Cities 3 to 5 days For Non-Metro Cities 4 to 7 days For Remote locations, It may take up to 10-15 days
TRANSPORT MODE OF SHIPPING
In case of transport mode of shipping bulk orders above 10kgs, a charge Rs. 50 as handling charges for every 10kg shipment will be applicable. Please note that the handling charges and actual shipping charges will need to be paid on delivery to the transport company. These charges vary from company to company depending on the volume, size, weight and distance between the origin and shipping destination. Note that the transport companies do not offer door delivery and the goods need to be picked from their respective branch office in the destination city. For your convenience we will share all the necessary information with you and ship products to the closest branch as requested by you.
If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD and you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
In the presence of courier person – if you notice that:
1. The outer packaging is damaged/Tampered - point it out to the courier person and inform them that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and carry out shipment content evaluation right in the presence of the courier person.
And if you found the content of the shipment is damaged, do not miss to mention the damage remarks while signing the POD and if possible get the contact number of the delivery person. Click the images of the damaged parcel at the time of accepting the parcel and contact our customer support within 24 hours and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).
2. The outer packaging is not damaged, but if you suspect damage inside the contents of the shipment: point it out to the courier and inform that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and carry out shipment content evaluation right in the presence of the courier person. And if you found the content of shipment is damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD and we suggest you contact our customer support within 24 hours and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).
After the courier has left – if you notice that the parcels outer packaging is damaged and the content of shipment is damaged, contact our customer support within 24 hours and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy(if possible).

Return & Exchange Policy
At Monocrom, we endeavour your happiness and is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to provide you the best quality with our services.
We urge you to read the product specifications/description clearly before placing an order. Considering the nature of products sold, we do not offer returns or refunds.
1) If shipment is lost in transit : The shipment is marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipment carrier, but you haven’t received it. (Note: We have to check with our shipping carriers for the proof of delivery. Once the shipment is marked as ‘delivered’, the proof of delivery data is available only for 2 working days. Kindly make the claim within the stipulated time frame).
2) Damage in Transit.
3) Inadequate quantity shipped.
4) Wrong product shipped.
5) Out of stock: After placing an order and completing payment, if the product gets out of stock, a refund will be initiated automatically to you and you will be notified via email.
All claims for the above mentioned must be reported by emailing us at email@example.com five days from the date of delivery (except in case 1 lost in transit has to be raised immediately). We would recommend pictures to be attached along with the refund request to facilitate faster refund process.
You will receive store credit (no expiry) upon successful processing of your refund request.
Please allow 10-12 business days for your refund to process excluding five working days for your refund to be approved from our end.
The Authenticity of the requests will be verified and you will get an email notification once your request has been noted.
To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly. In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing an order.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification of order, once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment centers.
